World-renowned fiddler, truck driver, and pro angler Cletus Q. Maggot is back again with his hand-picked band, the Q-Balls, presenting a completely new series of country music favorites sure to please the entire family. From mainstream country to bluegrass, Cletus and the Q-Balls continue to offer a wide variety of down-home tunes, including their favorite format: truck driving ballads. Cletus is widely known up and down the Tennessee River as the premier angler on those waters, and is equally recognized and respected on the Gulf Coast when he takes time out from bass fishing and truck driving to take on the big game in the waters off Mobile Bay. A true fishing expert, Cletus even created his own designer line of big-mouth bass and catfish through DNA splicing and experimentation. The occasional experiment gone awry may briefly make it to the river and kill some pleasure boaters, but it's never a match for Cletus' rod & reel. And, as far as Cletus is concerned, a few less boaters is a good thing. Featuring Bud RaymondLong-time friend and fellow truck driver, Bud Raymond often plays with the Q-Balls as a featured performer, lending his fiddle to the already considerable talent represented by the band members. An avid hunter, outdoorsman, and CB jockey, Bud likes nothing better than sawing on a fiddle with Cletus and the guys, unless it's tracking the trail of the deadly Blue-Tailed Megadeer. Bud began fiddling and singing at an early age, almost as early as he began shooting. He played with numerous bands during his teens, including the famed hunting bluegrass groups that combined music and outdoorsmanship, fiddling and blasting their way through forests around the southeastern United States. Bud got his big break into show business courtesy of Country Boy Eddie, who had an early morning TV show in Birmingham, Alabama for many years. Bud's fiddling and hunting skills were of great popularity on Country Boy Eddie's show, and made him a favorite recurring guest.
